About KherveFitting
KherveFitting is an open-source XPS peak-fitting application developed in Python (wxPython, MatplotLib, NumPy, lmfit, lmfitxps, Pandas). It is aimed at researchers analysing single or multiple samples across multiple core levels, with full support for automated batch fitting, depth profiling, and advanced statistical analysis including PCA.
The name Kherve is short in Brezhoneg (the Celtic language of Brittany) for Kerhervé. It is part of the wider Kherve Tools family.
