Supported file formats

KherveFitting reads data from the major XPS instrument families and several generic formats. Drag any of these onto the plot canvas — non-native files are converted to a KherveFitting Excel workbook on the fly, with corrected raw data and exported transmission.

Multiple files at once

Use Import menu or drop multiple files onto the canvas. KherveFitting will create or extend the workbook with all spectra organised by core level.
